Heading to Paris this spring? Take a peek at our Paris-worthy morning-to-night look. When you're traveling, it helps to pick a palette as you pack, making mixing and matching that much easier. This season we are MAD about minimalist nudes and created an ensemble incorporating the trend. This Malene Birger sweater dress can take you from food shopping on the rue de Buci to checking out the latest fashion at the Bon Marché. Create multiple guises simply by adding an Hermès scarf or cinching your waist with this fab DVF belt. Totes are a must for trotting about Paris, since you never know when you might spot a freshly baked baguette to go with a perfectly ripe Camembert. This woven Anya Hindmarch tote is ideal for groceries and can easily fit in your suitcase. Or create a timeless statement with this forever-chic YSL shopping bag. The climate in Paris during early spring can be brisk, which is why we topped off this outfit with a classic APC trench. Happy shopping!

Thursday, April 15, marked the grand opening of the iconic American designer Ralph Lauren’s first Parisian store, at 173, boulevard St.-Germain. Since Paris is the epicenter of all things fashion, this proves to be quite the coup for the creator of classic looks so symbolic of the US. We chose a timeless yet Paris-worthy look from Ralph Lauren’s Blue Label to celebrate springtime in the City of Light. Channeling the 1951 film An American in Paris, we went with this ultrafeminine pink silk dress and paired it with classic Americana accessories, from pearls to tan leather shoes to a tan belt and bag. You can hear strains of Gershwin's sonata drifting across the Seine. Bienvenue et bonjour to the preppy Parisian!

Claude Monet’s painting Les Coquelicots à Argenteuil visually defines the season of spring, from the blooming poppies to the wind-wisped clouds; one can almost feel the warm breeze pushing against the parasol. We used Monet and this floral-print dress by Tory Burch as inspiration for our springtime look. Since the print speaks for itself, we kept the accessories on the neutral side. Cinch the dress with a belt, like this waist-defining one from Topshop, to elevate your look. We added this BESS leather jacket and Denis Colomb shawl to keep the breezes at bay. Wedges are a great way to get height without the pain of a pump—we love these café crème–colored ones from Pour La Victoire. They'll keep you looking good while you're strolling outside. When you're in Paris, be sure to check out Les Coquelicots à Argenteuil in person at the Musée d’Orsay.

Paris in 40 hours—who needs to sleep! Had an opportunity for a quick trip and seized the moment. Packed in my carry-on and put together this chic day-to-night look. Luckily, I had taken our own advice and bought a fab pair of leather leggings, added a white camisole, a Hermès scarf and this versatile cardigan that dresses up and down. Merci, merci for the Tory flats as we took to the streets with GG2P's Paris Like a Pro guide, trekking from the Tour d’Eiffel to Notre-Dame and checking in with our friend Mona at the Louvre. Nine hours later, it's back to the flat for a quick change for the evening. Stripping off the cami and scarf, I donned a sexy bra for a little décolleté, cinched a big Chloé belt around the cardigan and added Dior stilettos and these great Kara Ross earrings—all set for one brief night in the City of Light.
